Who We Need
We are looking for a skilled and driven Salesforce System Administrator to join our team on a part-time, project-based capacity. This role is essential in optimizing our use of Salesforce, enhancing user adoption, and implementing automated processes to streamline our sales operations.
- Salesforce Customization: Tailor and configure Salesforce to align with the specific needs of our sales operations.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with various teams to gather requirements and develop solutions that boost user experience and productivity.
- Process Automation: Create and maintain automated processes to minimize manual tasks, improve efficiency, and ensure consistency across operations.
- Training and Support: Provide comprehensive training and support to sales team members to enhance their proficiency and adoption of Salesforce.
- System Audits: Regularly conduct system audits to identify and resolve any data integrity issues or inefficiencies.
- Integration: Collaborate with IT and other relevant departments to ensure Salesforce is seamlessly integrated with other business systems and applications.
- Continuous Improvement: Stay updated on the latest Salesforce practices, updates, and features to continually refine and enhance system functionality.
- Proven experience as a Salesforce administrator, with a strong track record in configuration, customization, and automation.
- Strong understanding of Salesforce architecture, data management, and security best practices.
- Proficiency in developing and managing reports and dashboards to support informed decision-making.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective user training and support.
- Independent working capability with a proactive approach to identifying and implementing system improvements.
- Salesforce administrator certification is highly desirable.
