As the head of Demand Generation and Marketing and Growth Operations, you will build the growth engine that will help bring this essential technology to more businesses and teams. You will be responsible for delivering and nurturing qualified leads and opportunities to our Sales team by growing, identifying, and nurturing the already phenomenal adoption of our open source tools. 

What You'll Do

  • Define and Execute Growth Plans - Develop plans, models, and budgets, then execute and report on them, working very closely with our Product, Sales and Marketing teams. Allocate and manage our spend effectively.
  • Build and Scale our Marketing Operations and Tech Stack - define and set-up processes and tech that make Mkg efficient, data-driven, predictable, and aligned with the rest of the organization. Define, instrument and optimize our funnel(s). Implement lead scoring, attribution, etc. Share dashboards and results with the GTM team, Execs, and the Board.
  • Run Demand Generation and Account Based Marketing - Create and scale programs that build and nurture demand for Apollo’ solutions, specifically starting with accounts that have already deployed our open source and free commercial solutions. Activities will likely include: lead scoring, nurturing, webcasts, gated content, paid advertising, programmatic ABM, events, etc.
  • Build and Lead a Team - Hire, inspire and develop an iterative, collaborative, growth-obsessed expert team, complemented by agencies and freelancers if need be.

  • You love building teams but also love rolling up your sleeves to create and run your own programs, set up tools and more.
  • You like finding and using data to identify, reach and understand your target audiences and your programs’ impact
  • You like creating and using analysis and reports that show progress and can flag issues that require attention
  • You're self-directed with a proven track record of taking initiative and driving business outcomes.
  • You like testing new approaches, tools and programs
