PagerDuty is looking for a Business Partner to help grow our culture of innovation and award-winning team as we scale. You’ll be working directly with the team to lead the decision-making process on organizational design, compensation, employee development, ER, e.t.c. As an integral member of the team, you’ll assess, build, coach, and influence our talent and leaders. This role is a dynamic, hands-on partnership for someone who is willing to take on the fast-paced operations found in a hyper-growth company.
